The COMMON SENSETM modular system equips community assets with sensors and securely connects them to the internet, providing continual and automatic monitoring. Information about equipment status and operability is securely sent through the cloud and is viewable from role-based dashboards on any computer or mobile device. Service providers and management are automatically notified when service is needed. Residents have information about the status of pending repairs at their fingertips. Efficiencies are maximized by features like after-hours dimming of lights, irrigation leak detection, and automated CA Title 22 compliance for swimming pools. Enhanced analytics allow management to have unprecedented control of expenses.
